1. Company
Faréli (“we/us/our”) supplies premium children’s clothing to business customers (“you/your”).

2. Eligibility
Wholesale sales are B2B only. By ordering, you confirm you are a business buyer.

3. Minimums & Lead Times
• MOQ:
* In-stock items: 1 full size set (≈5 pcs).
* Custom orders: 100 pcs per style.
• Lead Time:
* In-stock items: up to 48 hours.
* Custom orders: approx. 30 business days, depending on order type.

4. Prices & Payments
• All prices are quoted in USD or AED.
• Payment methods accepted:
* Cash on Delivery (COD)
* Credit and Debit Cards
* Direct Bank Transfer
• Orders are processed only after confirmed payment (except COD orders within Dubai).

5. Delivery
• Delivery available only within Dubai.
• Risk passes to you once goods are handed over to the carrier/delivery partner. Please inspect cartons upon receipt and record any visible damages.

6. Samples
• Samples can be viewed in-store only.
• Sample requests are accepted only for custom-made orders.
• Shipping costs for samples are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Product Variations
Minor variations in color or size may occur within industry standards.

8. Returns & Claims

• Claims for shortages or defects must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery with video/photo evidence.

9. Intellectual Property
All Faréli trademarks, logos, designs, and images remain our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, jurisdiction: Dubai.
